Sustaining members have the following statutory rights:

• Appoint a single official representative to the ALAEC, who must be someone with an employment relationship and who will be responsible for any and all negotiations with the Association, and may participate in the General Assembly with the right to voice their opinions, but not to vote.
• Have their status as a sustaining member, their name, and their logo prominently displayed in a specific section on the home page of the ALAEC website, as well as in all printed publications of the Association.
• Receive a discount for setting up a booth at events organized by the ALAEC.
• Other rights, as defined in the Regulations.
